Help with AdaPulse.

One person makes this app, and that person answers the mail: iambatoan@gmail.com. Say which iPhone and which iOS you are on and what you saw — that is usually enough to find it.

I bought the app when it was Tool for ADA

Then you keep every Pro feature, for good, at no charge. The App Store tells the app that this Apple Account first downloaded a build from the paid era, and the app unlocks itself — there is nothing to restore and nothing to type. If it has not, open Settings › Restore purchases, and make sure you are signed in with the same Apple Account that bought it.

Restoring a subscription on a new phone

Sign in to the App Store with the Apple Account that bought it, then open AdaPulse and tap Settings › Restore purchases. A subscription follows the account, not the device, and Family Sharing members can use it if it is shared.

Cancelling, or changing plan

Subscriptions live in the App Store, so they are cancelled there and not in the app: iOS Settings › your name › Subscriptions › AdaPulse. Cancelling stops the next renewal; Pro stays on until the period you have paid for ends. Switching between monthly and yearly is done from the same screen, and Apple prorates it.

The free week is charged nothing if you cancel before it is up — cancel at least 24 hours before it ends, since that is when Apple takes the first payment.

Refunds

We cannot issue refunds, because we never take the payment — Apple does. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com with the Apple Account that was charged. If something in the app is the reason, write to us as well and we will fix it.

The price looks wrong / the plans will not load

Prices come from the App Store for your country, so they differ from the US figures on the home page. If the paywall says plans are unavailable, it means the store did not answer: check the connection, and try again in a minute. Nothing is charged until you tap through Apple's own confirmation.

The widget is empty, or out of date

The widget comes with Pro. Open the app once after subscribing so it can hand the widget its first figures. iOS decides how often a widget may redraw — a few times an hour — so a minute-old price is normal; the epoch countdown, though, runs live.

Notifications never arrive

Epoch notifications need Pro, the switch in Settings › Epoch alerts, and permission from iOS (Settings › Notifications › AdaPulse). They are scheduled on the phone, so they arrive with no network — but if notifications were denied once, iOS will not ask again and the switch cannot do it for you.

The numbers differ from another app

AdaPulse prices ADA from Kraken's public market data, and takes volume, supply and the all-time high from CoinGecko. Different venues and different index methods disagree by small amounts; that is the market, not a bug. The epoch clock is computed on device from the network's fixed 432,000-slot epoch and agrees with the explorers to the second.

Deleting everything

Delete the app: everything it stored was on your phone and goes with it. Cancel the subscription separately, in the App Store, or it keeps renewing. There is no account of ours to close — see the privacy policy.
